Are you the best young creative of 2023? Prove it and attend any advertising festival of your dreams for free!

Yup, you've heard it right: this year, Ad Black Sea will host the first ever Young Creative competition. Each brand or agency can nominate one person as someone who played a critical role in one of their campaigns. Our partners from TBC for Youth will then pick a winner, who will attend any creative festival of his/her choosing to learn things they don't yet know, get inspired, and further hone their craft.

Entry requirements:

1. The candidates can be nominated by both brands and agencies.
2. The brand/agency should have their work submitted for the Ad Black Sea 2023 Contest. The candidate should have taken participation in the creation of abovementioned work.
3. Each brand/agency can only nominate ONE candidate.
4. The candidate must be born no earlier than 1 October 1998.
5. The candidate can be a full-time employee, or a freelancer who has only worked with the brand/agency on this particular project.
6. The candidate can be performing any role at an agency/brand (copywriter, designer, art director, strategist, etc).
